- Branding & creative design
- Website design & development
- Campaign strategy & analytics
- All services are subject to a separate agreement, proposal, or contract between Elevat Media and the client.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate and complete information required to execute campaigns or design projects.
- Clients are responsible for securing any necessary rights, licenses, or permissions for content they supply (e.g., images, logos, trademarks, music, etc.).
- Elevat Media will not be held liable for any legal disputes arising from unauthorized use of third-party materials provided by the client.
3. Intellectual Property & Branding Rights
- All original creative work, campaign materials, design assets, and strategies created by Elevat Media remain our
intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (logos, graphics, websites, etc.) may be transferred to the client.
- Elevat Media reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, website, or promotional materials,
unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Branding Protection
- Our brand identity, including the Elevat Media name, logos, taglines, brand colors, typography, website design,
and other branding elements, are exclusively owned by Elevat Media.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, imitate, or use any part of our branding in any way — including on websites, marketing campaigns, social media,
or printed materials — without our prior written consent.
- Unauthorized use of our branding will be considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payment terms will be clearly outlined in each proposal or contract.
- Work will commence only after receipt of agreed advance payments.
- All payments made are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of ongoing work or withholding of deliverables.
5. Timelines & Revisions
- Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before work begins.
- Any delays caused by the client (e.g., late feedback, missing content) may extend delivery deadlines.
- Revisions are limited as per the service package or contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Elevat Media does not guarantee specific outcomes such as search engine rankings, sales conversions, or
follower counts, as these depend on third-party platforms and market conditions.
- We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Website or services.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business, marketing, and financial information exchanged during the course of the project.
- Confidentiality obligations do not extend to publicly available information.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice.
- In case of termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India
10. Changes to Terms
- Elevat Media reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of our Website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
